How much is a membership?

• We offer many membership price points.  Membership prices range from $30/day to $200/month, depending on your comittment and budget

How do I cancel my membership?

• Please send us an email to hello@gbstjohns.com requesting to cancel your membership. Further steps will be addressed once we receive the email

What kind of classes do you offer?

• We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for all ages. Please go back to our Home Page and scrolled down to look at our class schedule

How do I sign up for a free class?

• Please click on our “Programs” tab, select the desired program, and book your free class

What’s the youngest age kids can start training?

• Our GBK0 program is designed for kids 3-4 years old. If you are interested in booking a free class for this age group, please refer to our “Programs” tab to do so

Do I need prior experience to start?

• Absolutely not. All of our classes are beginner friendly. We will take you step by step during the class to make sure you learn, sweat, and have a smile when class ends

What should I wear to my first class?

• Sportswear and easy slip on and off footwear (sandals or crocs) are highly encouraged. We will provide the uniform to wear on your first class

Do you offer family memberships?

• Yes. We will talk to you about family memberships pricing when you visit us. Family memberships make sense if you have at least 3 people that want to train
